Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the order
👉 Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours after delivery.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be checked in front of the delivery person
Instant Return (At Delivery Time)
- If you do not like the product, you can return it immediately by paying only the delivery charge
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used
- The claim is made after 48 hours
- The issue is due to customer preference (after delivery)
