Returns & Refunds
We always try to deliver the best quality products. However, if there is any issue, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the order
👉 You must inform us within 24–48 hours after delivery.
Non-Returnable Cases
Return or refund will not be accepted if:
- You do not like the product
- Size or color issue (unless defective)
- Product has been used
- Claim made after 48 hours
Refund Process
- After verification, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refund will be sent via:
- bKash / Nagad
- Bank Transfer
Delivery Charge Policy
- If the issue is from our side → we will bear delivery charge
- If the issue is from customer side → customer will bear delivery charge
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is possible for the same product (if stock available)
- Exchange time: 3–7 days
